Our equipment consists in 2 state-of-the art NION microscopes dedicated to high spatial and spectral resolution spectromicroscopy and fitted with original home-made developments, 2 VG microscopes mostly dedicated to instrumental development, 1 JEOL microscope, and a participation to the LPS cluster. All equipement are actively used for our own research, and the two NION microscopes are accessible through our plateform and within the METSA and ESTEEM3 networks.
