Two identical set-ups are installed on rotating anode x-ray generators, one (MARCu) with Copper radiation (8keV ; 50kV, 3kW), the other (MARMo) with Molybdenum radiation (17.4 keV ; 50kV, 3kW) , both coupled with multilayer mirrors optics.
The goniometer is a MARdtb (@MarExperts GmbH) with adjustable sample-detector distance (80-400 mm) and a large-area photostimulable plate detector MAR345 (MarXperts GmbH).

Sample environments available: (a) sample vacuum chamber, (b) controlled humidity chamber (RH 0-100%), (c) cryostat (40-300K), ovens (RT-723K) in air or vacuum.

Accessible scattering wavevectors domain:
- MARCu (in air) : Qmin = 0.1 Å-1, Qmax = 4.5 Å-1
- MARCu (with vacuum chamber) : Qmin = 0.07 Å-1, Qmax = 3.2 Å-1 ↔ dmin = 0.2 nm, dmax = 9 nm
- MARMo (in air) : Qmin = 0.2 Å-1, Qmax = 13 Å-1
- MARMo (with vacuum chamber) : Qmin = 0.2 Å-1, Qmax = 7.1 Å-1 ↔ dmin = 0.09 nm, dmax = 2.1 nm
