After a commissioning period, the benchtop SAXS-Cu apparatus of the MORPHEUS platform is now operational and ready for new adventures. This experimental setup includes:
- a micro-focus X-ray tube that replaced a rotating anode generator.
- motorized and controllable anti-scattering hybrid slits.
- a large diameter vacuum gun.
- a new control software, including the interfacing of all the elements of the setup (generator, slits, sample changer, diode, detector).
