Biological samples (proteins, DNA of defined length, nucleosomes, chromatin fragments, bacteriophages etc.) are prepared in the labororatory using classical methods in biochemistry and molecular biology.

Our lab is equipped with all experimental devices required for cell and bacterial culture, recombinant protein ingineering, DNA and protein purification:
- HPLC
- standard gel electrophoresis (agarose, acrylamide)
- preparative gel electrophoresis (Prep cell Bio-Rad, FPLC)
- incubators
- sterile glove box and hoods
- 4 centrifuges and 1 ultracentrifuge
- PCR
- 1 cold room (4°C, 6 m2)
- 2 deep freezers (-80°C)

- Spectrophotometre UV-VIS
